Crystal

Crystal

President

Crystal has her degree in Business Administration with an extensive accounting background. She has experience with all types of taxes, including: payroll, sales, and income taxes. She has worked in the human resource and marketing fields as well. No matter the industry, one thing is consistent: if you take care of the customers, the customers will take care of you.

Matt

Matt

Master Electrician

Matt genuinely loves being an electrician in the Lincoln area and has nearly 20 years of experience. He has an internal motivation to take care of his customers. He knows this is a dangerous profession and he always takes that extra step to ensure quality control which gives his customers peace of mind. Matt thrives on the challenges of solving problems and likes to initiate ideas with action. Matt enjoys having a healthy work/life balance and when he is not working, you will find him with his family (more than likely, on the boat).

Scott

Scott

Master Electrician

Scott is a hard-working, family man. He was born and raised in Grand Island, NE. After high school, he studied criminal justice at UNL, but he wanted to do more for his country and enlisted in the United States Army. Upon his Honorably Discharge, Scott started his family and joined Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) and began his long career as an electrician. Scott enjoys learning and problem solving and in 2005 he passed his Contractor’s Exam. Scott brings a wide range of experience to the team and is an asset to Oak Electric, Inc. When he is not working, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with all of his 5 children.

Jeremy

Jeremy

Journeyman Electrician

Jeremy was born and raised here in Lincoln with strong ties to the community. After several years training as an apprentice, he received his Journeyman License in 2014. He loves to work with his hands and has superior customer service skills. He uses extreme care and is very particular when he works. His standards are on par with Oak Electric’s reputation of providing honest, high-quality service. When Jeremey is not working, he has a passion for racing and a member of the pit crew for a local racing team.

Cory

Cory

Data Tech

Cory was raised in Hickman, NE and moved to Lincoln after he graduated. He has a variety of job experiences with one thing in common – hard work. He enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and never leaves a job unfinished. His “small town values” compliment the Oak Electric team. When Cory is not working, he enjoys camping with his family and friends.

safety

Because electricians are in the top ten of the most dangerous professions, safety is our number one priority and we take it very seriously. All of our safety policies meet or exceed OSHA standards. We require all of our employees to attend OSHA training classes.

community involvement

At Oak Electric, Inc. we believe in the importance of giving back to the community. Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) is the primary charity that we work with and we actively participate in fund raising campaigns such as their Annual Walk to Cure held every September. Other charities we like to contribute to include: Friendship Home, Lincoln Humane Society, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, and Peoples City Mission.
